Fiesta ST180 Ported Exhaust Manifold - Modifed Part on Exchange of your original unit Basis.
FEATURES
When purchasing, a standard manifold must be provided in exchange. If you prefer to buy the manifold outright without exchanging, an additional £83.33+vat will be charged.
NOTE: A refund of £83.33 + VAT will be issued once we receive your standard manifold in useable condition free from cracks. (please return your manifold within 21 days of receiving the ported item)
Please Note: If you choose to send your exchange item first the additional surcharge will not be added however OC Motorsport Will not send the Ported manfold until we have received your stock unit in useable condition free from cracks.
Fiesta ST180 Ported Exhaust Manifold - Port Matched for Lower Exhaust Temps & Improved Flow
This ported exhaust manifold is expertly port-matched to the head and manifold gasket, optimizing the flow of exhaust gases. The original Ford cast iron manifold is durable and functional but suffers from inaccuracies due to mass production. These manufacturing imperfections can cause overlapping ports, leading to turbulence and hotspots, which negatively impact power output and increase exhaust gas temperatures.
By fully port-matching the manifold, you allow a smoother passage for hot exhaust gases to escape, significantly improving efficiency. This has been shown to reduce exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) by as much as 30°C, leading to better performance and reliability under load.
