  • Send Turbo To OC First - Please select to send your turbo first - we will await your turbo and dispatch after - no surcharge to pay
  • Outright purchase - pay the surcharge of £166.67+vat and we will dispatch straight away.
  • Return Turbo After Install - pay the surcharge of £166.67+vat and we will dispatch straight away. Once you have installed the turbo please send back your old unit to OC Motorsport (please try and return within 21 days) and we will refund your surcharge of £166.67+vat

With our extensive experience with the ford fiesta st180 in not just fast road car form but club racing we have compiled a list of parts we recommend are replaced as a matter of course while carrying out a hybrid turbo upgrade to increase reliability and longevity.
This is why Our workshop fitting charge not only includes labour from our fully trained & experienced tuning technicians but it also includes a list of parts including Gaskets, manifold nuts, manifold studs, locking bolts, downpipe bolts, millers engine oil and genuine ford oil filter change, engine coolant and genuine ford turbo boost solenoid. Remapping - Motorsport Developments Stage 3, 4 or 5 (MSD280, MSD320, MSD340)
To tie the whole stage 3 turbo conversion together we trust in the best from Motorsport Developments with their proven tuning files, they extract the best power delivered in a progressive manner to retain traction making for the fastest cars.
This mapping also retains full safety as ford intended, this is so important as some other options on the market claim more power however in reality they're underpowered and also unsafe.
 
MSD have an Excellent Reputation for their in house developed calibrations.
 
Rest assured that when we calibrate a vehicles PCM we retain:
  • Full torque model remains intact. (This is what makes the vehicle drive so well)
  • Knock control system is left intact and working (Guards against detonation)
  • Over-boost limits. (Protects against over-boost due to fault)
  • Under-boost limits. (Protects turbo against air leaks)
  • Full Engine speed limits. (Raised if the tune would benefit)
  • Exhaust temp load profiling. (Takes over if EGT exceeds limits)
  • Fuel flow limit air control. (Takes over if you run too lean)
  • Coolant temperature limits. (Never raised)
  • All the ECU Limp home strategies. (These are what get you home!)
  • All of the 300+ fault codes are retained so your ECU can report faults.
 
Choose From The Following Mapping Options
 
  • MSD 280 - Also known as our stage 3 mapping - This is for those that still want a massive jump in performance but prefer to keep boost levels low. As these ST180 engines get older & higher mileage, pushing the limits of the Fiesta 1.6 Ecoboost engine might not be the most sensible option for you and your daily driver.
  • MSD320 - Known as our stage 4 mapping - This is for those looking to turn it up that bit more easily surpassing 300bhp+
  • MSD340 - Code named our stage 5 software - This is our most popular tune for this turbo. Rest assured the calibration has been developed with full power, traction and speed in mind whilst also retaining the safety as ford intended.
