BC Racing DS Series Coilovers
 
The BC Racing DS Series Coilover system features digressive valving, similar to the popular BR Type, but optimized for track performance. Its digressive piston design provides a non-linear damping curve, offering higher low-speed damping for improved body roll control during cornering, braking, and acceleration, while reducing high-speed damping for smoother rides over rough surfaces.

Corner Weight Adjustment
The adjustable lower spring platform allows for precise corner weighting, ensuring balanced tyre loading. This enhances grip, maximizes cornering speed, and reduces lap times. Optional assister springs can be added for further customization.
 
Ride Height Adjustment
 
Ride height is adjustable via the coilover’s bottom mount, maintaining full damper travel regardless of height settings.
 
Damping Adjustment
With 30 levels of combined rebound and compression adjustment, you can easily fine-tune the vehicle's handling. Whether you’re drag racing, drifting, or tracking, this system lets you adjust damping to match your needs, enhancing performance and vehicle dynamics.
 
Pillowball Top Mounts
Many DS Series models feature pillowball upper mounts for improved steering response and handling by eliminating the flex found in traditional rubber mounts.
 
Camber Adjustment
Camber adjustable pillowball mounts (on applicable models) allow for easy fine-tuning, making them ideal for road, track, or drift setups.
 
Corrosion Protection
The DS Series coilovers are crafted from black chromed steel for durability in harsh conditions. The aluminium components are anodized, and steel parts undergo electrophoretic deposition and powder coating for maximum protection.
 
High-Quality Coil Springs & Oil
 
Manufactured from SAE9254 cold-wound steel, BC Racing springs undergo extensive testing for durability. The dampers use high-quality oil to ensure consistent damping performance across a wide temperature range, ensuring long-lasting efficiency.
 
Nitrogen Pressurized Dampers
 
To prevent oil aeration and foaming, the dampers are pressurized with nitrogen, maintaining damping consistency even in extreme conditions.
